Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all course purchases and is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent across all programs.

Full course payments: Refunds for full upfront payments are limited to 75% and are only available where the request is submitted at least 14 days before the official course start date.

Enrollment deposits: Deposits are refundable only when the request is made at least 14 days before the official course start date.

Installment payments: Installment payments are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made only in cases such as system errors or duplicate charges. Please contact us promptly if you believe you are eligible for review.

Code of Conduct

Muchuo's Centre is committed to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. All students, trainers, and staff are expected to contribute to a safe and constructive academic setting.

• Communicate respectfully with peers, instructors, and support staff.
• Avoid discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour in any learning space.
• Participate honestly in coursework, discussions, and assessments.
• Respect intellectual property and refrain from unauthorized copying or redistribution.

Breaches of the Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from a course, and may affect eligibility for refunds.

Terms of Service

By enrolling in any Muchuo's Centre course, you agree to use all learning content for personal educational purposes only. Course materials, recordings, and supporting assets remain the intellectual property of Muchuo's Centre unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized sharing, recording, reproduction, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions or legal action where required.

We may update course schedules, content, fees, and policies to maintain quality and relevance. Material policy changes will be communicated to enrolled learners.
